Newton Collaboration, LLC is a full-service accounting intermediary firm for companies who require high-quality accounting at an affordable price. We are not a consulting firm. Rather, we take the responsibility for the end product.

We jointly develop very specific policies and procedures for how your transactions and accounts are to be processed and what the end result will look like. You approve these policies and procedures. Then we process your transactions by either placing staff at your site, or by routing transactions from your trading partners to our accounts processing center. Your accounting application runs on our secure servers housed in bunker-like co-location facilities. We have a staff of very highly-trained CPAs and IT professionals which oversee the accounts processing on a daily basis to ensure that the transactions are processed according to the policies and procedures, to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, and to identify problems immediately. Finally, we close your books and report to regulatory agencies, shareholders and management.

For publicly-held entities, we employ our state-of-the-art Sarbanes-Oxley compliance software to develop and implement policies, procedures and controls, to conduct testing of the controls, and oversee remediation exercised so that management and the company’s independent auditors can render an opinion on the system of internal controls.
